Commentaires-Historique
 
     Rubinstein est souvent orthographié Rubistein sur les partitions de l’époque. Il a donné son texte peu après que Maffia ait enregistré le tango, en 1930. Ce tango a été composé en 1916, avec le premier titre : 6ta.del R.2, car il était dédicacé à la Sixième Compagnie du Régiment 2 d’Infanterie, où Niels Jorge Paulos, le frère de Peregrino, accomplissait son service militaire. Il a été joué pour la première fois par le quatuor de Augusto Berto, dans lequel jouait le violoniste Paulos Peregrino.
      Il a été souvent signé par Niels, après la mort de son frère Paulos, pour pouvoir percevoir les droits.
      En 1929, Rubinstein le mit en vers et adopta définitivement le titre Inspiración. C’est Rosita Montema qui l’a chanté pour la première fois avec le sextuor de Pedro Maffia. Et Magaldi l’a enregistré quelque temps après.
